I don't know if I have seen a little boy who looks more like his dad. Really. Talk about dominant genes on this one. What classic and perfect pictures of him. How do you have kids this old?!! WOW! Little Kye looks IDENTICAL to big Kye! That's awesome. I wish one of my girls looked like their mommy...I guess I'll just have to wait. Miss the get togethers. We need one SOON!

Random that we both did tributes to our husbands at the same time without even knowing it. Cute little guy, he definately looks just like his dad. Fun facts about Kye. Still can't get over the sniffing of the socks thing though. I don't mind sniffing my kids feet, but there is something that makes me want to dry heave about sniffing a grown mans socks. To each his own though. It really doesn't surprise me on the other stuff. I always knew he was a good guy. Looks like he's met his match in you.

Oh and we know Marcae through Jeff. They used to work together at CompHealth. Love that girl. She actually was in labor at our house when she had Kate. The little trooper acted a little uncomfortable, but only Brian knew more was going on. Kind of weird how we're all intertwined huh? Kristen Mendenhall was in our old ward. Crazy. Glad it worked out that way though because I love knowing what's going on with you guys. I feel like we should be great friends when you move back or something!

What an eventful day! Here we go... BEFORE I being, I need to explain something. When I went to the Dr. on Thursday I was 37 weeks. She told me that 37 weeks is full term. The baby had also dropped. Stripping the membranes isn't inducing because the baby won't come if it is not ready. Also, she was expecting me to go into labor anytime, so it just made it convenient to have him come when Kye had work off and could be home. My contractions started to be painful around 7:00 am. Everyone was up. Katelin was laying by me on my bed being my nurse and holding my hand. So sweet. Kye was loading the car. Around 8:00 we had dropped the kids off at Crystals (LOVE you Crystal) and headed for the hospital. The longest ten miles of my life. I thought we were going to have a baby in the car. The contractions started coming every five minutes and lasting two minutes. Now you would think ten miles is quick, but not on the I-10 that is under construction during traffic! The Price Is Right 10/25/1999

Ten years ago this weekend, I went with my mom, sister, Rochelle Waite and Amber Bush to try to get on The Price is Right. I wasn't interested in really being on the show; so I lagged behind, didn't comb my hair, or take the time to do to much makeup. I would never get picked. Holy smokes, they called my name and the rest is history! Let me answer several questions right now: No, I didn't know what was going on. In fact, after everything happened, I had to sit down and fill out a bunch of paper work. I couldn't remember my address, how to spell my name, or recall what even just happened. I remember thinking, "What did I just win"? Yes, I kissed Bob and he stinks like Halloween make-up...an inch thick. (Seriously) The wheel is not heavy. No, I didn't know I was going to be picked. It's Elvis Baby!

Kye competed in "The Last Talent Standing" competition for Maricopa County. He walked in with a suit and a note written on his brief case that said, "Auditor by day". Then he turned the brief case around and it said, "Auditor by night". Then he took off his jacket, tie, turned up his collar and put on the Elvis glasses. He was a hit! We'll find out who the top six contestants are in a week or two. (Sorry for the loud hollar, I forgot I was filming!) Go Kye!
