Don't put your mouth on a cookie sheet that just came out of the oven. It hurts.

It was Katelin's first day of Kindergarten today. I could not have been more excited to see her go. She was loving every second of it. We walked to school with five different families from our neighborhood. Katelin would have nothing to do with me. She and her little girlfriends were busy giggling about who-knows-what on the other side of the street. Kanyon rolled over for the first time today. He is such a sweet boy. After he rolled over, I left him on the floor to use the restroom real quick. I came out to see KC riding him like he was a bull-a first and last for him.

Could anything have been more fun than going to New York City last weekend? Probably not. I had so much fun it was almost unbearable. In fact, during the Broadway show Mary Poppins, I just had to close my eyes for a minute and try not to explode because I had SO much stimulation and no sleep, I couldn't handle it anymore. Don't worry people, I was revived and made it through the whirlwind weekend. Day One : Talk to Donny and Marie Osmond at the airport in NYC. Donny and I shared a flight. He is dreamy. I arrive and my friend Sara tells me that I need to buy new clothes and she is going to pick them out. (Apparently my clothes are out of style.) We did some serious damage to H&M. It's my new favorite store. Tried to win tickets for In The Heights through the Broadway Lottery. Didn't win. Ate dinner @ The Eatery. Yum. (P.S. I didn't any food from a chain restaurant and tried new things. My in-laws will be proud.) Went to the Empire State Building at night. Breath...

was delicious! Mmm.

Saturday we went up to a park in Provo Canyon. We ate dinner, roasted marshmellows, and went for a hike. KC was tired so Katelin offered to carry him down the hill and hold his hand. They really are best friends. If you'll notice, I included a picture of Kye and I in this collage because I think it is the ugliest picture of the two of us ever taken. I figured you could use a laugh. Kanyon's tear duct finally unclogged and so I had to post these close up's. Isn't he a handsome little devil? Looks just like his mama!

We spent the 24th of July down in Vegas with the Nordfelt crew. We had to go because Kirtly got called to be a bishop for a singles ward down there. (Watch out singles, DON'T be late!) We partied it up! We spent many hours by the pool, ate like royalty, watched "Bateman Begins", watched "The Dark Knight", made popcorn with oil that almost started the house on fire, and stayed up way too late. Oh yes, I forgot to mention the pedicures, golfing, shopping, and naps. It was a great vacation. I need a vacation from this vacation. Right, I almos t forgot, I'm going to NYC in a couple of weeks! Shoot, I'm going to need a vacation from that vacation too... I have to show you how silly these three are. They NEVER went to bed on time. Oh and yes, this was the best part of the vacation: Shopping at Goodwill. We got some awesome finds. Keysha's find: Kelleranna's find: I told you they were awesome.
