After Bath Crash

Do your children love to dance around in their underwear right after their bath? Mine do!

Bears

Katelins favorite toy has always been stuffed teddy bears. She, of course, thinks they are real and today they all wanted to watch a show. Yes, they all have names and each name has an adjective and then the word "bear". For example: the one with a sweater on the chair is "Sweater Bear". She doesn't like to make naming too difficult. I love the imagination of children!

Daddy Daughter Campout

Image
Our ward had a daddy/daughter campout this weekend. Kye took Katelin and they had a great time. Katelin loves being outdoors and it was so nice to get out of the heat. Here are some pictures of their adventure together Katelin loves finding feathers. I put this one on because Katelin always takes pictures of herself. She is her mother's daughter (even if she doesn't look a thing like me)!

Visitors

My mom and sister, Heidi came to visit us last weekend. The kids had fun with them here. KC especially loved it when Grandma brought him a Spiderman costume. (The kid has never seen any show about any superheros, but man are they so cool)!

Good Times

Yes, it's true. The baby will come around May 2nd. I found out one hour before the first day of my preschool started. So far, I haven't been too sick to keep me from my teacherly duties, but it does affect me in other ways. My poor husband has had to come home to applesauce and cottage cheese for dinner. Nothing sounds good to eat, ever. Last night at midnight, I finally ate a warm peanut butter and honey sandwich. That was very nice. However, I wake up almost every night around 3 0'clock and am starving! Who would have thought that something that is currently the size of a blueberry could make a person so unusual. We are very excited! Katelin is convinced that it is a girl and has already named her Keira. Don't even question her about it possibly being a boy. She says, "Don't talk about it being a boy, because babies don't change from a girl to a boy!"
